About Us
Stories Tell Us is an evolving project devoted to one idea: that the stories we carry quietly shape who we are, how we love, and how we live. We host retreats and guided experiences – from one-day city retreats to weekend and longer getaways.
We believe:
That each person is the hero of a story still being written. That one’s story holds clues to where you are and who you could grow into. That you don’t need a crisis to be curious about the script you’re living by.
Stories Tell Us exists to offer thoughtful, gentle settings where people can pause, listen inward, and begin to relate to their story with more honesty, compassion, and imagination.ABOUT 'STORY'
My story holds the clue to where I am and where I could be
Why Story?
Story is who we are. We don’t live in facts; we live in stories – and one of them is quietly deciding who we believe we are.
Our job or role is not who we really are; our identity is rooted in the story we live by.
Who is this for?
Stories Tell Us is a home for people who want to understand, reframe, and live their own story more authentically – in life, in love, and in work.
It is also for people who are good at their lives, but curious about the story beneath the surface.
Through guided retreats and small circles, we help you sit with the story you’ve lived so far – the bright scenes, the confusing chapters, the unfinished threads – and begin to shape what comes next.

How 'Story' Works
The stories you have created – and the stories that have created you.
Story & Relationships – How you show up
We don’t react to facts; we react to the stories we attach to them. Because relationships are two-way, reimagining your inner story changes how you respond – and, over time, how your relationships feel.
Story & Work – How you lead and create
At work, relationships are multi-way. An authentic outer story lets people meet who you truly are, making collaboration
clearer and more grounded.
You don’t need more self-help tips.
You need to see the narrative you’re already living by – and rewrite it with intention.
